Hi Forum,Is there a way to hide the 'view in browser' message that appears in an email recipient's inbox before they click on it? Traditionally the view in browser option is on one of the first pieces if content in an email. I would like to keep it at the top. Regards,Graham
Hi Graham,
I have sent multiple test emails to my Gmail account and checked notifications on my phone, it seems that Gmail mobile application reads email text line by line.
Unfortunately we couldn't hide 'view in browser' message and keep it at the top at same time.
Regards,
Clofly
Hello Clofly,
Thanks for your reply.
Kind regards,
Graham
Is this happening while you are setting preview text / a custom preheader Graham?
If you're not already setting one I'd recommend trying that as it will let you specify exactly what gets written into that preview field. I know Marketing has introduced the functionality in one of the latest releases to do this through plain text, but you can do it through HTML as well if you don't have that available to you yet.
