Hi Experts,

Hope all are doing good and safe.

We have scenario like Client wants to restrict users access by sites to all transactions like sales order, stock journals, purchased orders and etc..

I have tried to use user group sample from different blogs to sales orders but Client's customers need access to view their own sales order in the system so i have created new Customer Group's for each customer to restrict access.

Could any one please advice how do I ensure other sites user cant view/process OR
each contract isn’t accepting and processing each other’s order by accident?

How to restrict other site users from access in D365FO?

Kindly check and advice.

You found my blog (Dynamicspedia - Secure by warehouse) already with the example how to secure by warehouse. You are free to download the examples. You can use this 'as is' or modify it to setup and restrict sites instead of warehouses.
