Table Names Displaying Differently Between Power Automate and Dataverse

Hi All,

I have observed that the table names in Power Apps are displayed in singular form, whereas in Power Automate flows they appear in plural form.

For example:

  • In Dataverse, the table name is shown as Customer Group, but in Power Automate it appears as Customer Groups.

  • Similarly, the SalesOrder table is displayed as Order in Dataverse, while Power Apps refers to it as Orders.

  • Another example is Copilot for Finance and Operations Agent Activity in Dataverse, which appears as Copilot for Finance and Operations Agent Activities in Power Automate.

I noticed this behavior with 2–3 tables. Could you please confirm whether this is normal behavior due to naming conventions, or if it could be related to a sync issue or require any updates/configuration changes?

Below are sample screenshots of the customer group table from both Power Automate and Power Apps Data verse.

    Hello,

Yes you are right, names will be different in dataverse from D365FO tables, I think its because in dataverse you dont see tables name but they shows collection name of entity.

Hi @Subra, Public collection name is property of entity, its not available on table level. Please let me know if I am missing something.
