Personalization on Web Client

Hi All,

NAV Web client Personalization was enabled to all users, however, now only a specific user can personalise the webclient,

I've followed the steps from this article, to enable personalization for all users

 but still it doesn't seem to work

Any suggestions?

    Did you check the permissions? does the user who can personalize has any special permissions?
