I have 4 Dynamics365 online Environments(Development, Test, production, Sandbox), last time I have updated the User information in Microsoft 365 admin center
like(Mobile, Tel, and the job title) after an hour the user information was synchronized to Dynamics365, but in the Environment Development there is no update for the user
Hello @Daniel, thank you if i update the user information in Office365 admin center this should be updated on Azure active directory and dyanmics365 online too.

According to this post community.dynamics.com/.../info-azure-active-directory-attributes-that-are-synced-to-dynamics-365-cds data will synchronize but probably should be updated on Azure instead of Microsoft 365 portal

If the issue is happening just for that instance and a few users, I would suggest to remove the license, save the user account, then re-add the license. This should kick off the sync again.
If doesn't work, I would suggest to contact Microsoft as it can be something related with that specific instance. You can go to https://admin.dynamics.com.
