Any way to add email events, marketing list subscriptions, event participations to Contact Form?

We would find it very convenient to view which email events, marketing list subscriptions, and event participations in Dynamics 365 CRM main contact form, rather than needing to navigate to this information with the carat. How could we add those items to the display?

Hello,

You can show related records on any Form using a subgrid.

Open the Main For for 'Contact' in the Form Designer (via Customize the System, or use the 'Form' button)

Click the 'Insert' tab

Click 'Sub Grid'

Edit the properties of the sub grid by double-clicking on it

For 'Records' make sure it's set to 'Only Related Records'

For 'Entity' choose the entity you want to source, like 'Email Events'
