Integration Manager

Good morning,
 
Can anyone help me how to install Integration Manager on GP 2018?
I see  'Integration Site Enabler' is checked on GP ->About menu, but Integration Manager is greyed out at GP menu->Tools-> Integrate.
Wondering how we can get this enabled and worked in GP.
 
Any advise will be helpful.
