display and font issues dynamics gp 2018

Hi All,

After migrating to Dynamics GP 2018, for few users PC, the transaction windows and font look is very small and it is not proportional. I have already checked the windows update, system resolution and  display settings. But no change.

Any one can help me to fix this issue.

    To add to what Charles mentioned, all of our display/font issue information along with some troubleshooting, for Dynamics GP, is in the following blog:

    As mentioned, Dynamics GP is tested with default display settings on the Windows OS and has no actual display settings of its own in the GP application. Changing these display options on the OS can potentially cause display or font issues to show in the GP application.

    I've also seen things like having a high-definition monitor attached to another machine cause display issues where, when that monitor was removed, the issues stopped, so it can be a investigation to pinpoint what may be causing the display or font issues to occur.

    The blog has some troubleshooting steps in it, and really all that we have on the GP support team, but obviously it isn't the 'end-all' of troubleshooting guides and you may find something completely different on your environment.

    Microsoft Dynamics GP is tested with default settings, so if you're seeing display or font issues, the best start is to revert everything back to the default settings for display, then test the display of the GP application, before making any changes, making notes of what changes are made and any impact.
