I have a little case that I would love to get some insights on.
 
We have an integration between Business Central and Sales, and Opportunities in Sales are connected to Sales Quotes in Business Central through a GUID. What I would like to do, is when an Interaction Log Entry is created in Business Central, I want the same post to be created in the Timeline on the Opportunity in Sales. 
 
I was thinking this would be a simple process by triggering a Power Automate flow when a row is created in the Interaction Log Entries table in Business Central, and then work from there, but the table is not included in the trigger. Is there any way to include another table in the 'When a record is created' trigger in Power Automate?
 
If that is possible, is it also possible to go further from there and create a Note or Email and add it to the timeline in the Opportunity in Sales through Power Automate?
 
Or is there another way to achieve this that sounds more efficient and easier that I have not considered?
