Hi y'all!
We've implemented a form capture on our own website. It did capture some entries, but it has stopped. The script has been triple checked and for some reason it just stopped capturing entries. And, we've also discovered that the "owner" of the generated script is almost always guaranteed to have their submissions captured, while the rest probably won't.We don't even know where we can look how to solve this very illogical issue.
I forgot to add that all the mapping did work and such. It's just an issue of the leads/contacts not being read by the script (?)

Which entity's records are you referring to specifically as Owner? Does almost always mean that there is a chance that they will also be missed?

The Owner in this case is the person who generated the script through the function in form capture.
