How to change permissions of Team Member licenced users?

Hi Guys,

We purchased a Temamember licence what we are going to customize  to be able to create Transfer Orders.

Team Member licence does not include this permissin in default, however I am reading in the earlier blogs that  Business Central Team Members application module may be customized with maximum 15 additional tables (custom tables or standard Dataverse tables) available to the Business Central Team Members license.

Question: how can I set this 15 tables?

I tried to create a Permission set for writing Transfer Order Header and Line tables than assigned this Permission Set to the User.

Thnkas for your help

Thnaks for the explanation. It is clear now. I am keep thinking in a workaround when we create a Transfer Order Request in Dataverse and Power Apps and the Warehouse head who has higher licence is creating the Transfer order from teh Request

    Hi,

You can refer the blog for more information for team member license

    https://www.solsyst.com/post/2018/05/08/microsoft-dynamics-365-business-central-team-member-permissions

    www.preact.co.uk/.../important-changes-to-dynamics-365-team-member-licences

Also , I would add some points over here you are allowed to create a permission sets for those 15 table which are customized meaning the table is customized table and not standard table. Transfer order is BC standard table.

You can add the custom table in the permission sets but if it hits the table which is restricted then you won't be able to achieve it meaning if your customized table or process affects the G/L table which is standard table of BC it will not work in Team member license.
