Will there be updates to the EEO reporting tool for the 2017 changes (wage reporting categories)? The report is due March 31, 2018.

This was discussed on the GPUG forum: https://www.gpug.com/communities/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?MessageKey=7294b790-824c-4190-a8f5-d7a154c2feea&CommunityKey=4754a624-39c5-4458-8105-02b65a7e929e&tab=digestviewer#bm7294b790-824c-4190-a8f5-d7a154c2feea#bm0

Terry Heley with Microsoft said they are planning for these changes in the 2017 US year end update due to release in November of 2017.

I hope this answers your question.

Chris is correct, we are still watching this, there was some talk about repeal so if it is not in year end, it could be a January hotfix, but yes we are on it and plan to have it done by March 2018 if not sooner!

    Thanks

Terry, thanks for the latest info on this.  My question is associated with some customers who aren't using much (if any) of the HR module...with the new requirements, is there anything you can share/advise at this point to help them ensure they will have the necessary data available for the new report?

If you review the new information, it is payroll bands, so those will be pulled from our existing payroll data.

I would make sure they can print the EEO report today and it is pulling data as they expect as that would be what is needed on the HR side to make sure it is tracking correctly.

    Thanks

    Terry
