Process ID is NULL on Entities (Case and Letter)

I have a plugin that execute code depending on the proces and the stage. It was possible to retrieve the ID of the process in CRM 2013, 2015 and 2016. But in CRM 365 the ID of the process and stage is NULL. I've tried with a plugin on update of the process entity but that didn't worked out. Any idea how to get this done?

In the previous versions, were you getting the ID from the plugin's context? Are you attempting the same in CRM 365?

First i retrieve the object:

OrganizationService.Retrieve(LogicalName, id, new ColumnSet(true)).ToEntity<T>();

Following evaluate the process:

if (this.Entity.ProcessId == LetterProcessID.ReportProcess.Id)

But in CRM 365 "this.Entity.ProcessId" is NULL. Any ID why?
