I need some assistance troubleshooting the collections process automation system. I believe I have everything setup correctly and I am getting the email notification that the process has run successfully, but nothing is actually being created. When I go to view occurrences, it shows the time it ran, but there are no results. Can anyone assist with what I may be missing?
Based on how I understand this, I believe I encountered the same before. Try checking the language set for the customer vs the language used for the email template. You should have an email template that matches the language of the customers, otherwise they turn up blank.
