Advanced Bank Rec - settle customer transactions error

I get the following error when attempting to settle customer transactions through the ABR - any ideas?  We just implemented and I feel like something is just not turned on?

    No this happens when attempting to create a customer payment journal through ABR, not when matching.

    Hi,

    Are you encountering the error message while running the bank reconciliation matching rule?
    Does the issue persist if you match the transactions manually?

    Please check the registered issue on LCS to see if it provides a solution. If not, I recommend creating a support ticket with Microsoft for further assistance.

    Thanks. In case there are no customizations, it could be related to a misconfiguration or a bug. In the last option, you can also log an incident for Microsoft Support.

    No customizations, using application out of box in production!  I did submit a ticket to our IT department too!

    This is a technical issue. Can you indicate if there are customizations in this environment or if you are using the application without adjustments? Is this happening in a production or non-production environment?
