Hi everyone,
Some one can explain me why one of those licenses is required to use enterprise portal for AX?

Enterprise Portal is built on technology based on Microsoft SharePoint as a web platform extending it with Web Parts, thus it is required. If I am recalling this right, one is a free product with less features, while the other is a paid license with richer functionality that your organization may utilize outside of AX (like document libraries, BI/PowerBI/SSRS reporting capabilities, company social media, discussions, project / issue management, etc.).
Hi Vilmos, you are right!
SP Foundation is free, but those features are not avalaible:
Bussiness intelligence
Audience Targeting
Improved Governance
Secure Store Service
Web Analytics
Enterprise Wikis
Tag Clouds & Profiles
Some of them are requiered to a correct EP use?
It should be listed in the System requirements guide of AX if a feature is not available with a specific version, take a look in there.

You are missing out on the Enterprise Search functionality only due to the Search Server, though last time I checked was years ago.
