I want to know the difference between Product and Product master. Please let me know the real time example with this.

Product Masters have item dimensions (size color style) for Product Variants whereas Products do not. Both of these types of items need to be released to legal entities and then will be found in released products. For instance, when you are in product masters, you will notice the product master section in the bar at the top of the form. This is where the product dimensions and variants are setup. You won't see that section in the products form. Variant Ids are very important for retail and basically is a way to reference the products inventory dimension combinations.

The Product Masters is basicaly the main level for items that can have different Product Inventory Dimensions. Pretty much what DAXDude says. The retail Reference is a great example.
For example. You can have a Product Master for a T-shirt that has size and color Dimensions.
The Product master will then be the t-shirt, but you can have it in a variety of colors (White, grey, blue, green, red, black) and in different sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL...). The combination of these Dimensions will create a unique SKU (not used in AX yet) which in effect is the unique item.
But it is quite broader than so, cause this only explain one of four principles of configuration. Like Constraint based items where you can create configurable items that are built as you go along answering a set of paramteres that you can create to guide the user/sales person through a wizard that in the end ends up becoming a product. The possibilities are almost infinite.
