Steps to take (one of these is likely to work for you!):
1. Log out, log back in.
2. Clear your cache, close browser, try again.
3. Try a different browser.
4. Use In Cognito / Private browser more.

You could also try accessing the CRM environment on an InPrivate browser or on a different machine, to eliminate the possible causes. If the issue still occurs then I would suggest creating a Service Request with Microsoft Support to investigate.
You could open the Service Request via the Power Platform Admin Center (https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com).
