In the standard modules, there is no any slowness in the system. Only thing is we developed a Planning tool module under the D365 Business Central, and the issue is related to that moduleIn the standard modules, there is no any slowness in the system. I would suggest to implement the telemetry setup and investigate what might be causing the performance drain in the custom code.

Also, have a look at these tips: How to work with a performance problem - Business Central | Microsoft Learn

Are there a lot of table extensions in the custom code? How are indexes being used? What kind of data manipulation AL-code and filters have been implemented?

Hi Rumal,

If a business process takes longer than expected, the administrator can use the performance profile page in Business Central, sometimes also called the in-client Performance Profiler, to record a snapshot of the process.

You can also find if there are any dead locks that leads to the performance issue:
