Inventory Reservation not cleared at a package level

We have inventory that is tracked at a package level.  
 
The 'Package No. List' shows there is a Total Requested Quantity against a package, and then the 'Total Available Quantity' is negative.
 
On checking Item Tracing and Item Ledger Entries, these are correct and show no Inventory on hand for that Package.
 
There looks to be a reservation against the package for a Negative Adjustment that has not processed correctly when BC had a hiccup.
 
Any clues how to resolve?
