Wanting to change support provider (UK)

Hi All,

Not really a technical query, so apologies if this is in the wrong place. It is regarding support providers here in the UK. The company that we use to support us with Nav have been giving a very poor level of customer service, and we are considering changing them. However I have heard that the process for changing Nav suppliers is not very straight-forward. Does anyone have any experience with the process? And can anyone in the UK recommend a good support provider based on their own experience?

    The process of partner change is easy, the new partner can help you for sure. I recommend you to contact your Microsoft local team for help you in your decission.

    to change the nav partner is not that big problem, it occurs nearly every day. first contact an alternative partner.

    start with pinpoint: pinpoint.microsoft.com/en-GB

    there you can search for nav partners in your area. all of them are certified by microsoft. also a good idea. call microsoft uk directly to help you.

    the new nav partner will help you to handle the provider change process.

    important: save all the documentation, mails, source codes, etc. this will help the new partner to start quickly.

    The process of changing NAV partners is very simple and straight forward. I represent Cambridge Online, we are a Gold certified partner and are more than happy to help you through out the process. As a new initiative, we also provide world class support via email, telephone, portal or screen share for free as long as you are with a supported version of NAV.
