Not really a technical query, so apologies if this is in the wrong place. It is regarding support providers here in the UK. The company that we use to support us with Nav have been giving a very poor level of customer service, and we are considering changing them. However I have heard that the process for changing Nav suppliers is not very straight-forward. Does anyone have any experience with the process? And can anyone in the UK recommend a good support provider based on their own experience?
