I need Microsoft AX 2012 endpoint URL to integrate with. But I didn't know how to get or generate??
URL is just an address. The question is what the address should point to.
Are you talking about web services? If so, check out Services and AIF development. There are several kinds of web services that you could use, e.g. document services and custom services.
By the way, I see you've picked Connector for CRM as a tag, but you never mentioned it in your question. Are you talking about Connector for CRM or did you select a wrong tag by mistake?
But Somewhere i read that i have to create the wsdl link for api endpoint URL..

You won't create WSDL (= a web service description in a language called WSDL) by yourself. If you want to use an existing web service, it already has both the service andpoint and the description (WSDL). Or you'll create a new web services inside AX 2012 and WSDL will be generated for you.
Basically, WSDL is an implementation detail that you don't have to worry about. But you can't call a web service until you decide which one it should be.
