created dashboard using rdl file in visual studio after that i upload link to crm using report manager

It is not directly possible in CRM.

what is your requirement ; because i wonder , CRM itself gives you easy and simple way of creating the dashboard.

What exactly are you trying to do?
In CRM 2013, there are four elements to dashboard tiles: Lists, Charts, Web Resources and IFRAMES.
I am not exactly sure what you are trying to do with Visual Studio?
