Hello!
Name of the entity: incident
Here on the screenshot you can see that there is a button in CRM in subgrid:
But when I go to Ribbon Workbench to hide this button I just can't find it:
As you can see there is no such button among the hidden ones. And it is also absent in the SubGrid area.
How to hide this button?

Hi Andrew,
You can apply security role for that user . I mean to remove create permission for that entity.
Sometimes if you have some issue with ribbon xml or changing in managed solution entities some button is not displaying in ribbon. I am also faced this issue .
You can try to open with visual ribbon editor tool instead ribbon work bench.
