Error Notification while Providing Email ID in CRM Mobile Application (Dynamics CRM)

Hi Everyone,

When trying to provide Email ID in the CRM Mobile application (Email Field), i am getting a validation error message saying "Provide valid Email ID". I have checked the control section on the from level and all the three application is enabled for this.

However, i am not receiving the same from Web Interface. 

Any help please?

    Hi,

    I met the same issue in the latest V3.3.0.222 D365 for phones as the following screenshot:

    I think you cloud raise a free ticket in Admin Center to ask D365 engineer to contact with Prod Engineer about this bug issue.
