ReportWe have multiple order entry team members that have the same security roles but only one of them does not have the ability to set or change the option under 'Update prices and discounts entered manually or by external document' when updating and saving a change to the header.
We have tried the following without success:
- Clearing all cached data for user account
- Deleting and re-adding user account
- Validated security roles match those of teammates that can do function.
I have exhausted everything I have read about and know to do. Can someone please help me out with this?
