Recently I came across a problem never happened before.

I create a new label @XXX99, in two languages (IT and EN-GB), I use label... all ok!

After a few days I notice that the system no longer recognized the label (it display @XXX99 instead of the name). In Tools --> development tools --> labels --> label log I can find the label, in any languages...

I try to restart AOS, nothing... 

The only way to see correctly label name is to re-create label from Tools --> development tools --> labels --> label log --> button "recreate" and than restart client.

It happened to someone a similar problem? Someone knows the causes?

    Close the AX client and restartthe Dynamics AOS service. If this does not resolve the issue, delete the axXXX99-IT.ald and axXXX99-IT.ali and axXXX99-EN-GB.ald and axXXX99-EN-GB.ali and restart the Dynamics AOS service. You can foind these file under programe files/Dynamics Ax/Application/Standard folder.

    This will clear the AX cache and permit the files to be recreated and should display the correct labels.

    Let me know if it wont help.

    Hi,

    as I wrote, restart AOS does not help, recreat labels is ok, but I would like to understand why it happens, because the problem happens every now and then, and I would not have to recreate labels every time...
