Suggest vendor payments and Suggest Employee payments

Hello,

I'm unable to use the functionality of Suggest Employee payments, which auto suggest the employees due for payment on Payment journals lines. Even my filters on suggest employee payments page(Dialogue box) is not working. Can anyone guide on this issue, How shall I make it work on my system?

    Have you posted transactions to your employee ledgers?

    And are the due for payment?

    The general rule is that when you use the search field on a list the system will search in the visible field from the data table that the list page is built on. If you display data from other tables in the same page those will not be included in your search.

    Yes there are dues outstanding for the payments, still those are not suggested on payment journals after preparing for suggest employee payments.

    I'm using Purchase journal to create payables for Employees , which I later pay it through payment journal by using suggest employee payment which populates all my employee payables on payment journal lines, This is not functioning now.

    Any suggestions on this , why this has stopped functioning?
