Ribbon command buttons are not working in google chrome browser

I have four command buttons on the entity form in ms crm 365 online version. on click event is not invoked for one of the command button in google chrome browser version 64. It is working fine in IE browser.

Recreated the button for which the on click event was not working through ribbon work bench , still there is a issue in invoking on click event for this command button in google chrome.

Please let me know what will be cause for this issue.
