Dear all,

I am facing the following issue:

When I try to be issuing work order from maintenance request, getting following error

"Number 100 does not match format -##." How can I solve this one.

I found the problem is coming from project and subproject lines. Its line reaches to 99(maximum), so cannot create 100.

I tried to change Subproject ID format, but getting error "format cannot be changed for project with subprojects"

Can we change format or have to create new projects?

It's not possible from the user interface.

You will either have to get a developer to change the format using a script for you, or create a new project.
