Help! User is locked out of FRx. The FRx Security setting under Admin>Organization was enabled and were prompted to reset password. Upon relaunching report designer, am not able to log in because the user has not been setup in the Admin section.
However, since we cannot access the sa login, we cannot create a user.
Is the system administrator login different than 'sa'? How can we log back into FRx ?
