After the year-end update, can't enter new vendors

Has anyone seen this before? Customer just installed the year end update for GP2013 R2 and now they can't enter new vendors.

    The error you're seeing seems to indicate the Purchase Price Variance Acct is not being supplied. Can you have them make sure this is filled out out in the new vendor setup, even if a new account needs to be set up for the purpose.

    Hi Harry,

    Thank you for your response. The problem was that taVendorInsert  trigger on the PM00200 table was damaged and needed to be refreshed. I followed these steps in the KB article and we were able to create new vendors.
