Yes, it should include full finance too and also supply chain management, etc..
Commerce is still in Preview, so we do not have a lot of information about it yet.
I would recommend to request a preview (click Preview button): dynamics.microsoft.com/.../
And when you are contacted by Microsoft member - ask about finance, etc.
Or if you are interested to talk with some person from Microsoft - I can try to find someone for you to communicate directly
Are you suggesting that D365 Commerce is an ERP system? I thought it was an ecommerce system. Does it have a chart of accounts, handle landed costs for good received?

What would be the business case to connect BC with D365 Commerce? Should not D365 Commerce become BC replacement, when your company grows?
