WHSShipmentTable to Packing slip Relationship?

Is there a way in the database to tie the shipment to the packing slip?  How does AX now if a packing slip has been created for a shipment?

For instance when I go to All shipments in Warehouse management and then try to print the packing slip for a shipment the packing slip posting dialog will display the lines that need to be posted.  However if the lines have been posted the lines do not show up.  What is the relationship for this?

We are looking for a report that shows  shipments that have shipped but where someone has forgotten to post the packing slip.

    Crispin,

    Thank you for the response.  

    However, I need to match each shipment with their packing slip or if a shipment does not have a packing slip.  The problem is shipping may ship multiple shipments per order and occasionally they forget to post the packing slip.  Then the order doesn't get invoiced.  

    Our difficulty is identifying the shipments where they forgot to post.  It would be useful to know which packing slip belonged to each shipment.  But if that is not possible, if I could determine which shipments didn't have a packing slip that would be great.

    I am at a loss.  And so far haven't had any luck.  Ugh.

    I think I found what I am looking for.  There is a table WHSLoadTableCustPackingSlipJour that I think will work for me.
