I have made a workflow that is creating a system job to send notification email to client 7 days before the appointment .
My issue is that i am not able to send that email on 12:00 am .
As I have researched i found that it's due to system job started on Value if i will able to change the time value to 12:00 I think i will be able to do thing in the way i want

and why you think setting is as 12:00 will solve the issue? I believe these are async job so execution time will vary with each job - you can define the execution time as it is based on resources used.
What I would prefer is to change the code in include a time range say 6 to 7 days before so that you have one day window to send the emails.
