Send Receive email using Email Router.

Hi Dear:

I am setting up Email Router to send and receive emails in  Dynamic CRM using Email Router.

I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue.

I am using Windows 8.1 and installed Email Router Successfully.

Configured Incoming and OutComing Profiles as mentioned in the following youtube video link.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N77Ft1lsxZI&noredirect=1

But when I send email, emails dont process, and email Status Reason is Pending Send.

In Dynamic CRM Online, Settings > Email Configuration > Email Server Profiles

I have only one default email profile Microsoft Exchange Online

But Emails don't process.

In MailBoxes, when I click on Test and Enable MailBox

The mailbox location could not be determined while sending the email message "Test Message". Mailbox MailBoxName didn't synchronize. The owner of the associated email server profile Microsoft Exchange Online has been notified.

In Email Router Configuration Manager, that is installed at my system, When I click

Users, Queues and Forward Mail Boxes tab

when I click Load Data button, I am getting following error message:

"This Email Router Configuration Manager was unable to retrive user and queue information from Microsoft Dynamic CRM server.

This may indicate that the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server is busy.
This problem can occur if specified access credentials are insufficient.
To try again, click Load Data. (Access is denied.)

Please suggest a resolution to get me rid of these error messages, and I can Send Receive emails using email router.

Thanks.

Have you configured default synchronization method?

    to do this:

    Setting>Administration>System setting

from the poup window goto email tab and set "default synchronization method" to Email router.

from the poup window goto email tab and set "default synchronization method" to Email router.

Is the certificate for your CRM website in IIS still valid?

If the certificate is invalid sending/receiving mails via the email router doesn't work.

Does your discovery and organization service work? You can check this at Settings --> customizations --> developer resources

How did you append the urls? Manually?

Please test if you can access discovery and organization service via settings -> customizations -> developer resources in CRM.

The urls should be offered there.

    Are they working?

If these services don't work check the bindings for CRM at IIS level on the CRM server.

Check if the certificate in the bindings is valid or if multiple bindings exist.
