Hello,

so, I don't really have an experience with Commerce.

It was reported that on one of the page there should be a /Back Button/ and it is not visible anymore.

I logged in to the Store Commerce App and indeed I see there is no Back button.

So for example, on the Start Page, I click on one of the Buttons which navigates to new page / window, and from there there is no Back button to go back.

What and where should I check for this?

Are you referring to the back button highlighted in yellow? It will show on pages that support a back navigation like the product catalog page, and settings page etc.

It is showing for me. Which version are you on?

Hi Shafeeque,

No, so there is a button on Main screen, after clicking on it, we navigate to this page and the Back Button you see on the screenshot isn't visible anymore. I also do not see the back button you highlighted.

Thanks for the clarification. I dont recall the button automatically appearing without us manually configuring a button with sub menu pointing to the previous screen. Do you know if someone has changed the button grid configuration ?

Nothing was modified as I know. We just upgraded to V38.

When I go to Settings I see a warning/error message "Unable to load extension package". Can that be a reason?

That is a generic message when any of your custom/extension packages can't be loaded. We can't really if that is causing the issue.
