I receive the following error when trying to confirm the shipment for a short picked load:
Load line for item %1 and shipment %2 has been updated to have zero quantity due to underdelivery setup allowing not to ship any quantities for this item.
This occurs when a load was created for a sales order with one line and the full qty was short picked. The reason I want to confirm the shipment for the load is so that the load status can go into "Shipped" and when we do have stock again, the system will re-evaluate and create new load when the order is released to warehouse. Currently the load remains "In progress" and is stuck as no new work will be created.
We do allow under delivery. I've read about adjusting the under-delivery percentage on the load but the solution has to be automated as the warehouse manager cannot open each and every short picked load and adjust manually.
Any ideas would be great!
