We are using CRM 2013 on premise with Exchange 2010.
We recently upgraded our sales workstations from Windows 7 with Outlook 2007 to Windows 10 with Outlook 2016.
Now, when ever a user needs to open a MSG file (that was saved for archive reference) it opens fine the first time but if you try to open a second time (after closing it) a error message pops up in Outlook saying the file is already open and in use.
IF I disable the CRM 2013 Outlook add in the problem goes away.
We did not have this problem with Outlook 2007.
Any help/advise is appreciated.
