CRM 4.0 Deployment Manager Doesnt show Sql Server in Import Org

New deployment of CRM 4.0, trying to recover old data. All is working but when I try to go to deployment Manager and do an import org it shows no server in the list and no orgs in the list either. How do I get these to show up>

You mean you are not able to select the SQL Server?

try entering the SQL server name manually and see if it resolves it

I have no option of entering anything - the screen shows up as you should it but the top field is blank and the button to the right doesn't work and the bottom fields contains no information.

Could you try this logging in as Domain Admin account?

Any more suggestions on how to fix deployment manager? Ive installed and reinstalled CRM several times with the same result.

I know you are using domain admin account but i would add the account as DB owner to both the restored CRM DB and MSConfig DB and then run this as Admin and see if it picks up the SQL Server
