Are you using USD client version 3.1? I think you might find it is needed for V9.0 of Dynamics 365.

I will did not connected in USD why means microsoft sad to me Send email be able to sign in right now or they might have trouble using some features

I will installed USD in after I will integrated trial version ms crm365 but did not connected
just i will give username and pwd in trial version credentials in USD connection is ok
add but did not go to next step

can you post the error from error logs?
also is this a trial version - because we are seeing a lot issues while connecting to trial for India region.
