Hello everyone,
I have a question about workflows.
There is a workflow I am using for approving timesheets. The workflow is set so the approving is required only by Project manager
What I need to do is add another approver to the workflow. The approver should be Sales Manager of the project. I know only how to add the next step to the workflow with the Sales Manager as approver, like this:
But in this case, the step 2 will be hit after Step 1 is finished (approved by Project manager), am I right?
The result I need:
- timesheet is assigned for approving to the Project manager (like it is now) but also to the Sales manager and it should be enough when the workflow is approved by one of them, when Project manager or Sales manager approves the workflow, the workflow is finished and the approving by the second role is not needed.
Sorry for maybe stupid question, this is first time I am working with workflows and could not find the answer on the internet.
