How to change the company in the BC Outlook Connector

Hello!

Does anyone know how to change the destination company for incoming documents being sent via Microsoft Outlook?  I used to be able to go to

User Personalizations  >> and then selected the user's name and clicked "edit" -- and I was able to change the destination where the incoming document was going.  That feature may have changed with the recent upgrades....

Thanks so much for your assistance!

A user can select the company. In the outlook client there are three buttons in the top right. One of those offers a company switch. Typically the client logins to the last used company. For new users I’d expect user personalisation to work

User Personalization has been renamed User Settings:

    Thank you very much!!

I made the change under the user's name -- and pointed it to the correct company.  However, I still get an error message when I go in Outlook and try to send documents to BC -- via the incoming documents feature...

The user had been using a backup company and that company no longer exists.  It has been deleted.

I checked BC -- and I have the destination as the "live" company, but it seems Outlook is stuck!

    Thank you!!

Thank you...  Let me check again... I did not see the three buttons.

A backup company that was being used has been deleted.

I have changed the destination company in BC so it now points to the correct company.

    However, Outlook seems stuck...

Thank you for taking the time to respond...

    Much appreciated!!

    Hello,

For the user in question, can you rerun assisted setup while he is logged on to the correct company.

If you want to reset the user the hard way, you can delete the Exchange identifier property from the user page for the user. Then rerun assisted setup again.

    Hope it helps.

    Hello

I have had a similar problem. i tried to install Outlook connector and was successful with Chronus company

then I switched companies but Outlook showed licensing issues

and I've tried going back to demo company but Outlook seems stuck

I tried to delete the Exchange identifier property and rerun the assisted setup as Marco Mels said but Outlook continues stuck

i don't know what else to change

    Thanks for help

Would it be possible to address the licensing issues?

In our case, we had to recreate the company that had been deleted.  Then we were able to switch companies.

    Ok thank you

    I'm working with IWs License

does i need to upgrade to essential license in order to use the outlook add-in or in demo is enough?

    thanks for help
