Contract Administration : Exchange Rate for transferred contracts

Hi,

Is there a way to setup contacts to use current exchange rate when it is transferred to a new contract?

Example:

I have a contract with a start date of 01-May-2019 using a foreign currency. I then transferred this to a new contract with a start date of 01-Nov-2019. I want the new contract to automatically use exchange rate for Nov 2019 and not May 2019.

I saw in "Service Setup - Contracts" window that there is a "Multicurrency Exchange Rate Options". I selected "Use Current". But transferred contracts still uses the historical rate. I am not even sure if that is the right place to look at or if there is anywhere else that I missed.
