Issue in Promotion

Hi, 

I am using, BC at the back end and LS retail as POS. When ever I try to create a promotion i get the below error msg,

Where am I going wrong. On the retail setup, I have added all the required data in the respective fields. I am too new to LS Retail. Please help.

    Please go to the Store card (S03) and fill the Promotion Nos. field .
