Problem Synchronising Outlook Calendar

Hi guys,

I'm facing some issues while trying to sync outlook calendar and appointments in dynamics AX 2012.
I have made all the setups and configurations needed to bind Outlook to Dynamics AX, and I have no problems when I want to sync contacts or tasks.

I followed the steps suggested in this topic ( https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2990457/outlook-errors-when-you-try-to-access-a-shared-calendar ) but I have not resolved the issue.
This seems to happen only for some users, while some other users are able to sync everything.
Can anyone please help me?
