Hello,

I'm facing a problem with the 'Unit of Measure'

I added a new test item in the inventory:

And here is the Unit of Measure Schedule Setup

But when I add Default Setting U of M, this error appears:

This U of M does not exist in U of M Schedule UNIT.

Could anyone help?

Thanks in advance!

If you click the magnifying glass next to default U/M does Unit show up in the list? If you add the Default Price Level can you add it?

It appears in the list of U/M

But that error occurs when I add it

If you go to Tools-Setup-Inventory-Unit of Measure Schedule do you see this unit of measure there?

    Yes, it appears there.

Do you know what the problem might be?

    I really appreciate your help!

This is not making any sense. Is this U/M applied to any other items successfully? If not, try removing it from this item and removing this U/M Schedule ID an reentering it. Can any U/M be applied to this item? Can you apply this U/M to any other item?

    Hi,

I don't want to play the devil's advocate, but why do you call two UoM the same name, once in all-CAPS and once lower caps written ???

Based on your SQL collation, you could well run into a conflicting key index if your using non-case-sensitive collation.

Whether this should work or not, I'd try calling the base UoM something different to confirm it actually works.
