Report Layouts Run Report action always use default layout no matter what layout is selected!

Hello friends,
I have a problem with Report Layouts and Run Report action.
Page : Report Layouts (9660, List)
Table: Report Layout List (2000000234)
BC365 SaaS, Version: W1 21.4 (Platform 21.0.52534.53435 + Application 21.4.52563.52602)
Run Report action always use default layout no matter what layout is selected!
Have you any idea why this is happening?

    In the page "Report Layout" if the layout is selected as Default it will run all the time from the action button if you are using.

    Hello Nitin,

    Let me clarify,

    on Page : Report Layouts (9660, List) when click on the Run Report action,

    that opens request page and then in the second field you can choose Report Layout.

    There are few different layouts to choose, and there is the problem no matter which different layout is chosen,

    when click on Preview or Print you of course expect to view render of chosen report but not,

    for some weird reason, what you see is report layout which is set as default, you don't have possibility to previews all other layouts, by selecting them, but you must set as default and and then run again to see changes.

    I just tested it in my case I have 5 different layout in Report layout page and one of them is Default, but I am Running the report which are not default and its working fine with me.

    Consult once with your Development partner.

    Dear friends,

     Let me reproduce steps :Report Layouts

    1. Select 1306 / StandardSalesInvoice.docx
    2. Export Layout
    3. Open in Word and Modify/Save
    4. New Layout and Upload modified layout

     So after that I have two Word layouts for printing invoices one original and one modified.

    And what is the Bug/Problem in this is that when Run Report on the first selected,
    and then on the second one which is different the result is the same !
    Instead of two different generated reports.

    And layout which is used by BC365 is the one which is Set as default.

    Example 2:

    When change Report Layout to:

    Nothing happened still printing only with default layout.

    Have you looked at the report selection for sales and looked at what layout is defined there ?

    Problem is globally, for every Report is the same situation
    Report Layout is fixed in table Report Layout Selection (9651), with default Layouts,
    and whatever layout I chose at request page, nothing changes as always BC use this fixed default layout.

    Then you should check if you have any customizations in your solution that may affect this.

    If there are no customization around this you should contact your partner and have them open a support ticket with Microsoft if needed.

    Dear friends,

    Thank you very much for trying to solve this irritating problem with me, very appreciated!

    Finally solved by activating Feature:

    Feature Management/Feature: New Microsoft Word report rendering platform. -> Enabled for All Users

    Now Report Layouts working as expected.
