Loyalty program - Retail Discounts for customers - POS

I have created  two loyalty programs. I linked each program with 6 price groups.

Each price group is linked with a discount and with an affiliation. The affiliation is linked with a customer and the customer is linked with a loyalty card number.

When i add the loyalty card number in the POS transaction, i expect that the discount that is related with the affiliation (affiliation is linked with a price group which is linked with a specific discount) that i linked the customer  to be applied  in the sales transaction but this does not happen (another discount is applied).

What should i do?

Any help would be appreciated! :)

    Hi Gjana ,

Which discount you want to add during adding the loyalty card on POS, either loyalty discount or customer base discount.
and if  possible please put all the screen short of discount setup by which we can easily understand what you had setup in ax.

    Hi Harisgillani,

The same problem persist for me also.

Created a Loyalty Program(LP) with four tier

    • Silver
    • Gold
    • Diamond
    • Platinum

    Tier Rules

    • Platinum – customer must earn at least 1500 points to be qualified for the Platinum tier.
    • Diamond- customer must earn at least 1000 points to be qualified for the Diamond tier.
    • Gold- customer must earn at least 500 points to be qualified for the Gold tier.
    • Silver- This is a Basic card which will be provided to customer when he is added to the loyalty program.

Created four different price groups and discounts

NYAD-Silver -ST100108  - This discount offers 5% discount if customer purchase products which are linked to Mens category

NYAD-Gold -ST100107- This discount offers 10% discount if customer purchase products which are linked to Mens category

NYAD-Diamond -ST100106 - This discount offers 15% discount if customer purchase products which are linked to Mens category

NYAD-Platinum - ST100104- This discount offers 20% discount if customer purchase products which are linked to Mens category

Attached the each tier with each price discount respectively at LINE LEVEL against the Loyalty Program.

Now a new customer who is linked to silver tier. purchase a product from the POS, he is provided with discount of 20% for the purchase i.e . Platinum discount for the customer. As per the tier scheme he should be provided with 5% discount (Silver discount).

Could you please let me know where i have gone wrong and let me know if i have missed anything?

    Thanks,

    Sunilkumar
