Adding geographic map to a form

Situation: I have a sub-grid showing real estate properties related to that opportunity or leads form and I would like to add a geographic map showing where the real estate property/properties is/are located.

Question: What would be the steps to accomplish this?

    Hi,

    if  is it only one real estate you could use tho OOTB Bing Maps functionality

    if you will often have more than 1 real estate, then you will need to build a custom webresource(Google map, bing map,...) to show the different locations
